Museum Place, Fort Worth, Texas

Museum Place is anchored by the historic “Six Points” traffic circle to the east and Fort Worth Cultural District to the west. Careful analysis led to a master plan which reinforces the historic urban fabric of the existing neighborhood, links the community to the adjacent Cultural District, and creates a vibrant 24/7 retail corridor. The development focuses on a lively mix of uses combining retail, hospitality, office, entertainment, civic-public space, and medium-density housing.


W Hotel, Austin, Texas 

W Austin Hotel and Residences is located in the 2nd Street District of West Austin. The project is a LEED certified sustainable development with 250 hotel rooms and 196 private residences.  It will also be the home to the new Austin City Limits Studio Theater.


Presbyterian Hospital, Dallas, Texas

Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, part of the Texas Health Resource system, has embarked on a major expansion on the Walnut Hill Campus.  The phased expansion and renovation project includes an inpatient bed tower expansion with 108 acute beds and 72 critical care beds in an ultimate effort to create all private patient rooms.  Other major elements include a new Emergency Department, a major Surgery and Invasive Procedure expansion and renovation, and renovated or new facilities for Cardiovascular Services, Lab, Food Service, Pharmacy and other vital services.  Additional parking structures will be added along with a new campus way finding program of site vehicular circulation improvement.


Waterview Resort and Residences, Scottsdale, Arizona

Set on 11 acres along the Arizona Canal in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona, Waterview is a mixed use development consisting of a 120-room luxury hotel, 174 resort style residences, 18 “sky level” single family homes, a spa, restaurants, and retail space. Talley Associates has been involved from master planning and conceptual design through city zoning submittal.  Key features of the project include a linear park along the Sun Circle Trail, a public Art plaza, numerous private and public courtyards, two signature pedestrian bridges across the canal and a public park.


Fort Hood Patton/Wainwright Developments, Temple, Texas

Located on the banks of the Trinity River in downtown Fort Worth, this 20-story 440,000 square foot building is a landmark structure for the City of Fort Worth. It is referred to as a ?building in the green' with a great park setting. Employees are afforded dining terraces, walking trails, and a central lake feature on a rolling north Texas landscape. The headquarters maintains a primary axial relationship with a connecting downtown boulevard and an intersecting park boulevard adjacent to the Trinity River.

Lakeside Hotel and Condominiums, Hunt, Texas

The site design for the Lakeside hotel and condominium development draws upon and intensifies the natural scenic beauty on the shores of Lake Grapevine.  Taking best advantage of the dramatic topography and rugged vegetation, it surrounds the  luxury of this resort development with the adventurous experience of the Texas hill country.

Native materials and naturalistic plantings of trees and grasses give continuity to the great variety of programmed spaces and uses within the site.  The treatment of water throughout the site – from fountain wall to pool to lazy river – evokes images of the rocky pools and swimming holes found along the hill country’s sparkling streams.


Frisco Square, Frisco, Texas

Frisco Town Square is located at the heart of the City of Frisco’s new town center, which is being developed as the result of a unique planning partnership between the City of Frisco and the development community.  This new town center will consist of the 225,000 square foot City Hall and Public Library, 1,900 residential dwelling units, over 500,000 square feet of retail and approximately 1.9 million square feet of office space.
