Museum Place is a vibrant, mixed-use redevelopment project in Fort Worth’s renowned Cultural District. Talley Associates worked closely with the client, architect, and the City of Fort Worth to create a lively, pedestrian-oriented urban environment. The district encompasses approximately 11 acres and includes 170,000 square feet of retail and restaurants at street level, 130,000 square feet of office space and over 500 residential units. Museum Place is located at the landmark intersection of 7th Street, Camp Bowie Boulevard and Bailey Street.

Talley Associates designed an urban streetscape environment that emphasizes pedestrian activity while accommodating the automobile. Street tree plantings, pedestrian scale lighting and a palette of hardscape materials, including extensive rick sidewalks and brick plazas that encompass the street from a cohesive framework for the revitalized district.
