The state-of-the-art University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s and Women’s Hospital is a $532 million dollar facility with over 1 million gross square feet of construction. It spans the length of two football fields and consists of two towers including a 9-story clinic tower and a 12-story inpatient tower that bridge inpatient and outpatient services.

A sky-lit canopy greets patients and guests over the 2-story lobby which overlooks an outdoor garden park featuring a sculpture garden. In addition to master planning the site, entry and streetscapes, Talley Associates designed two garden areas for both patients and their families to enjoy, along with a green roof system which covers the vast expanse of the building’s rooftop for water collection and sustainability.
