Coy Talley, Founding Principal

Coy Talley is the founding principal of Talley Associates and is responsible for the overall design leadership of the firm. He has been actively involved in a variety of projects including the programming, master planning and design of academic campuses, healthcare facilities, corporate facilities, hospitality, large mixed-use development projects, museums, and parks. He is adept at analyzing problems, interpreting and communicating ideas through creative design and graphic solutions, and refining these ideas through the design process.

Coy has strong experience working for both private sector and public sector clients. He leads a collaborative planning process that defines and challenges a development program related to market conditions while working to create a well-executed master planning framework that works within the development requirements clearly defined by City and regulatory agencies.

Eric Antrim, Senior Associate

Eric Antrim is a seasoned landscape designer whose experience includes involvement in numerous award-winning projects throughout Texas. Eric has experience with both public and private sector clients.

His ability to take a project from the initial planning stage through all facets of documentation and detailing has been a valuable asset to the firm’s project teams. Additionally, Eric is experienced in collaborative Client work sessions that involve planning and design, facilitating and offering creative solutions that respond to a project’s programmatic needs.

During his assigned projects, Eric has been responsible for working closely with Consultant teams, Project Committees, and Facilities Management. He has served an active role in the analysis and development of planning and landscape design concepts, as well as leading the development of design recommendations, codes and guidelines.
