Janmar Residence

Located in the quiet rolling hills of the Janmar neighborhood, this backyard renovation was part of an addition to an existing nineteen fifties modern home. The additions included a new garage, fitness studio, and wine cellar. Collaborating with the architect and the owners, Talley Associates created an outdoor living space that was both functional and refined in a way that compliments the home’s modern aesthetic. The owners of the home are avid fitness and culinary fans with a passion for entertaining, which led to integrating an outdoor kitchen, a garden for fresh produce, a secluded yoga studio, and a fire pit for social gatherings.
