Bob Green, PLA
Coy Talley is founding principal of Talley Associates and is responsible for the overall design leadership of the firm. He has been actively involved in a variety of projects including the programming, master planning and design of academic campuses, healthcare facilities, corporate facilities, hospitality, large mixed-use development projects, museums and parks. He is adept at analyzing problems, interpreting and communicating ideas through creative design and graphic solutions, and refining these ideas through the design process.
Coy has strong experience working for both private sector and public sector clients. He leads a collaborative planning process that defines and challenges a development program related to market conditions, while working to create a well-executed master planning framework that works within the development requirements clearly defined by City and regulatory agencies.
Eric Antrim is a seasoned landscape designer whose experience includes involvement in numerous award winning projects throughout Texas. Eric has experience with both public and private sector clients.
His ability to take a project from the initial planning stage through all facets of documentation and detailing has been a valuable asset to the firm’s project teams. Additionally, Eric is experienced in collaborative Client work sessions that involve planning and design, facilitating and offering creative solutions that respond to a project’s programmatic needs.
During his assigned projects, Eric has been responsible for working closely with Consultant teams, Project Committees, and Facilities Management. He has served an active role in the analysis and development of planning and landscape design concepts, as well as leading the development of design recommendations, codes and guidelines.
Cameron Bayles is a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas, Fay Jones School of Architecture. His concern in design studios, cognate courses, and the community for environmental, ecological and energy conservation issues helped him receive a Central States ASLA Merit Award, and the Michael J. Buono Sustainability Medal.
Cameron is a landscape designer that brings over 10 years of experience in the golf industry to the table. He has an in depth knowledge of the land sciences and the ability to work with a wide variety of consultants. His passions for the environmental restoration and the integration of nature into urban society have been the driving forces behind his involvement in various projects.
Bob Green, is a registered Landscape Architect in Texas with over 35 years of experience in the landscape industry. His vast experience includes working at both nationally and locally recognized landscape architecture firms, as well as multi-disciplinary consultancy firms. Bob’s experience early in his career was focused on design development, construction documents, and construction observation. His design abilities were developed mid-career, however, his early experience has continued to keep his design work in site of constructability and efficiency.
With this breadth of expertise, Bob has a strong commitment to identifying solutions that evoke the spirit of a place in each design. He draws inspiration from both site and program to create settings that immerse the user in an enriching and memorable environment.
Bob’s journey into landscape architecture began with growing up in a rural community in northwest Missouri which cultivated his love of the outdoors and respect for the natural environment. Graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Bob accepted a position that brought him to Texas and now has a resume of work in all major cities of the state.
Director of Business Operations
Matthew Bukolt is a Registered Landscape Architect with over 22 years of professional practice in Texas (DFW) and South Florida, with experience on numerous projects throughout the United States within both private and public sectors. His main project responsibilities include Quality Control and Construction Observation. Matthew’s practice is based on relationships, and a strong project knowledge that is built by critical involvement in design; site development, conceptual and construction documents for: condominium, hotels, single family, multi-family, streetscape, park and recreation, commercial, and mixed use type projects.
Matthew has been described as gregarious, outgoing, hard-working, dependable, persistent, and resourceful. His approach to any landscape architecture project is comprehensive, knowing intuitively how to integrate function and aesthetics. He is mindful of the pivotal role planning and design concepts play in establishing a sense of place and the client vision. Matthew excels by embracing a budget-friendly design approach paired with the application of sustainable principles in project design.
Judith is our Director of Business Operations. She is responsible for organizing administrative duties and procedures. Judith uses her problem solving skills to maintain the office environment and keep the office running smoothly.
Judith brings a variety of skills to Talley Associates. She is a graduate of Baylor University with a BSN in Nursing. She is retired from Delta Air Lines, where she was a flight attendant. Judith joined the Talley Associates team in March of 2018.
Jeffrey has been working in the landscape architecture industry in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 2013. He has honed his expertise while working for two landscape architecture firms and an engineering/planning firm. His project experience covers a vast range including; public parks, downtown revitalizations, city master planning, commercial residential and high-end residential. His knowledge in city planning and urban downtown revitalization are reflected in commercial projects from concepting through construction documentation and into implementation.
Jeffrey’s experiences, coupled with his skillset, have allowed him to excel in landscape architecture in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Jeffrey acquired his Professional Landscape Architect license in 2018.
Taylor Inzetta is a recent graduate from Clemson University, College of Architecture, Arts and Humanities with a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Taylor received her undergraduate degree from Kent State University, where she was an Integrated Design Studio Finalist, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture in May of 2016. She chose to pursue an MLA after her undergraduate degree in architecture as she was fascinated by this branch of architecture. She can follow her passion of tackling environmental issues and stimulate the artist inside her.

To Taylor, Landscape Architecture is the mixture of physical sciences and artistic design that is practiced in balance to design and build a sustainable place for people. Her passion and leadership helped her receive the Leadership and Service Award in 2017 and 2019 from the Department of Landscape Architecture at Clemson University, the 2018 South Carolina ASLA Award, the 2019 South Carolina ASLA Merit Award, and recognized by the Landscape Architecture Foundation as a 2019 Graduate Olmsted Scholar.
